Day 1: Detox Monday
Breakfast
Vegetable Oats Porridge (made with water/milk) + 5 Soaked Almonds.
Lunch
2 Multigrain Roti + 1 bowl Bottle Gourd (Lauki) Sabzi + 1 bowl Dal + Cucumber Salad.
Snack
1 Apple + Green Tea.
Dinner
Grilled Chicken or Paneer Tikka + Sautéed Green Beans.
Day 2: Protein Power
Breakfast
2 Besan Chilla (Chickpea flour pancakes) with Mint Chutney.
Lunch
1 bowl Brown Rice + 1 bowl Rajma (Kidney Beans) + Raita (Curd).

Important Note
